We live in a world full of passwords – websites, internet banking, phone banking, pin codes for credit and debit cards, alarm codes and even TV’s can have pin locks on them now.

Some passwords you use every day and are therefore easy to remember. Some you use annually and can never remember.

It’s very tempting to make every password the same – which of course is extremely dangerous if someone guesses one – they know all of them.

People use many different techniques for remembering their passwords – storing in Outlook is a favourite – which is often not password protected… your PC gets stolen and the thief has access to much more than you bargained for.

Backs of notebooks is another popular location – to which we’ll say no more about.

The answer to keeping passwords safe and manageable lies with some great (yet again) free software, which came top of a recent user poll on a highly respected website. We’ve been trialing it over the last few weeks and I have to say the folks in the office here wouldn’t be without it now… It will suit advanced users, whilst at the same time is really easy to use too.

So – do you want to get rid of the headache of passwords, security and a terrible memory?! Take a look below.
