Now we looked at some of the benefits of implementing a CRM system last week, and we’re pleased to say that George Bliss, from IncreaseCRM is back with us today to talk through some of the criteria you should be looking at when selecting a CRM system from new.
At first glance, it can be a bit overwhelming about the host of options that are available, especially when you are relatively new to the game. There are services ranging from totally free to hugely expensive… simple to complex… but the good news is that there is of course something for everyone – if you know where to look.
And so in part 2 of our foray into CRM for beginners – let’s get straight into the session with George and begin to uncover the wood from the trees…
